Validity and scope of the terms and conditions
\n1.1. The terms and conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations arising between a customer
\nof Randalu Drift Team online shop (hereafter: Purchaser) and MT\u00dc Randalu Drift Team (hereafter:
\nRandalu Drift Team) with the purchase of goods (hereafter: Product\/Products).
\n1.2. In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of
\nProducts from the Randalu Drift Team online shop shall be regulated by the legislation applicable in
\nthe Republic of Estonia.
\n1.3. Randalu Drift Team reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the sales
\nprices. These changes will be made available on the Randalu Drift Team\u2019s web page
\nwww.randaludriftteam.com.
\n1.4. By accepting these conditions, the Purchaser confirms that (s)he has read the Terms and
\nConditions of Sale, agrees to them and will follow them.<\/p>\n
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
\nThe terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.
\nThe prices of products sold on Randalu Drift Team\u2019s web page are noted in euros as exclusive of any
\ndelivery costs.
\nThe fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery.
\nThe delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
\nInformation about the product is provided in the Webshop directly next to the product.<\/p>\n
Placing an order
\nTo order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order,
\nyou must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The
\namount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following
\npayment methods:
\nEstonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay<\/p>\n
Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Online Store in a secure
\nenvironment \u2013 when paying with a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank. The
\nseller does not have access to the customer\u2019s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into
\nforce from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store\u2019s current account.
\nRandaluDriftTeam.com is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data
\nnecessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
\nIf the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the
\nbuyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of
\ndelivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the
\nnotice.<\/p>\n
Delivery
\nGoods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania
\nTo receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Itella and Omniva courier company
\nThe shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is
\ndisplayed next to the shipping method.
\nShipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 10 working
\ndays from the entry into force of the sales contract.
\nIn exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n
Right of withdrawal
\nIf the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method
\noffered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that
\nexceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
\nThe seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction before sending out the goods, if the
\nprice of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due
\nto a mistake or the goods are currently out of stock due to a mistake. In this case, the Seller will
\ncontact the buyer as soon as possible and inform about the error. If the buyer wants to cancel the
\nsales transaction, the Online Store will return the payment made by the Buyer to the Buyer as soon
\nas possible. If the Seller has mistakenly sent the wrong product to the Buyer, the Buyer is obliged to
\nnotify the Seller immediately in order to find a mutually satisfactory solution (offset, refund, etc.).<\/p>\n
The right to file a claim
\nThe seller is responsible for the non-compliance or deficiency of the product sold to the buyer.
\nIn the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the
\nlatest by sending an e-mail to info@randaludrift.ee
\nThe seller is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over
\nto the buyer.<\/p>\n
If the goods purchased by the Seller have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Seller will
\nrepair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the
\nWebshop will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
\nThe seller shall respond to the consumer\u2019s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written
\nreproduction within 15 days.<\/p>\n
Direct marketing and personal data processing
\nThe online store and the Seller use the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order
\nand send the goods to the buyer. The seller transmits personal data to companies providing
\ntransport services in order to deliver the goods.
\nThe online store sends the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer\u2019s e-mail address only if the
\nbuyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has
\nindicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
\nThe buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail
\nor by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.<\/p>\n
Solving arguments
\nIf the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to info@randaludrift.ee
\nIf the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to
\nthe Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to
\nresolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
\nReview of the buyer\u2019s complaint by the commission is free of charge. The buyer can turn to the
\nplatform for resolving consumer disputes of the European Union.<\/p>\n
The return of the goods
\nThe return of the goods is done in the same way as the delivery of the goods to the customer. The
\ncustomer must return the goods to Randalu Drift Team through Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel
\nmachine within 14 days.
\nThe money will be returned after the goods have arrived and been checked by Randalu Drift Team.
